Trying to lose weight using a combination of the TLC diet plan (worked for me before), Herbalife (also worked for me before), the Mindless Eating philosophy, and exercise 6 days a week at the gym.
Its not going to be easy, but if it were easy, we would all be thin!
The weight range to get a BMI of 20-25 for me requires losing 30-44 kgs!!!! Wow!

I've told you that philosophy, right? The one that goes - if you are not ready to commit right now (eg, 3:17 pm, Thursday afternoon), then you are actually not ready to commit on Monday either - you are setting yourself up for failure before you even begin.

So sorry to hear you are sick - it sounds yukky. Well, rest up, read a book ( something with motivating gorgeous skinny chicks in it ) and we will see you around when you are better.
